A true antique, the Brunswick-Balke-Collender Madison carom table is a real heirloom piece. This style of billiard table was even granted a design patent back in 1912 for its originality, and has been manufactured under several patents that were granted between 1900 and 1916. The Madison has what we call a ‘semi-jumbo’ framework, meaning it is rather substantial in stature and is extremely heavy and very bulky. However, this doesn’t stop it from being a full K.D. (Knock Down) cabinet, as it is built in sections and can therefore be taken apart for easy transportation.
The Brunswick Madison carom table is constructed from quarter-sawed oak and mahogany, with the oak being finished in a medium golden color and the mahogany finished in a natural mahogany color with white holly inlays and a black border. Traditional and simple, this table is sure to fit into any gameroom’s current decor. Additionally, all finishes are hand rubbed, making this piece of furniture very easy to keep clean and dust-free.
